My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a mental health plan depending on your specific needs.

I have trained extensively in Trauma-specifically PTSD and Complex PTSD. I use various techniques including EFT, CBT for PTSD as well as BWRT.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life. Depending on the presenting symptoms I will use CBT, EFT or BWRT.
I also offer short-term counselling in areas of social anxiety for both teens and adults.

I have worked extensively with self-esteem issues in both teens and adults. I generally use CBT as well as Logotherapy which has had excellent results.

I understand that a practical approach towards marriage and relationship counselling is the best way to foster deeper communication, solve conflict and reconnect romantically. I am trained to help you as a couple, work through your difficulties and grow better ways of communicating and responding towards each other’s needs. I am trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Therap as well as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). This therapy is based on 45 years of research and uses a scientific approach to establish effective communication, shared meaning and conflict management.
