Hello and welcome to my website.
I am a Professionally qualified and registered Counsellor (MBACP, GMBPSs) based in Worcester. I have studied extensively at University level over the years to increase my knowledge and skills in mental health. I have a very busy online practice servicing the UK and abroad. I have trained in Online counselling- and can assure you that online therapy is just as effective as in person therapy. I am registered with BACP, hold Chartered basis for Graduate membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as accredited with the HPCSA- (health Professions Council SA),

I have travelled extensively whilst growing up. Originally from the UK, I spent most of my childhood in South Africa where I experienced the beauty and rawness of the African lifestyle. I moved back over to the UK after completing my Honours degree in Organisational Psychology and worked for 4 years in London City as a Compliance Officer for an Investment Bank. After this I completed further accredited studies in Psychology and counselling and have worked for many charities and mental health organisations over the years as well as in private Practice. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgmental space to explore your current issues. Depending on the presenting issues, I will use elements of SFT, CBT, TA, EFIT/EFT, BWRT in the therapy process. These techniques are scientifically proven modalities used within the Psychology and counselling field. I am qualified to work with both teens and adults. I work solely online now via zoom.
